Has the Society made any attempts to fund the re-issue some of the Pinter movies-films, for which Harold Pinter wrote the screenplays. This action would be of interest to students of literature, film and cultural studies and to enthusiasts generally.
For example, Betrayal (1983). This film was only ever released on VHS, whilst a DVD option would potentially attract a new generation and audience.
Further examples, would be, The Servant, The Accident, The Go-Between, etc. the screenplays of which were adapted by Pinter from the works of other artists.
Sincerely,
M Stack, Australia. Aug 2015.
